About
Growing up in rural Ontario to immigrant parents, I spent most of my childhood travelling and being exposed to new cultures. This helped me appreciate beauty at a young age and fuelled my passion for art and design. When I was 20 years old, I moved to Montreal on a whim. Quickly falling in love with the city, I became immersed in the vibrant art and music scene it had to offer. Through the many friends I made, I was offered a job in a commercial photography studio. I started off as an assistant, quickly finding my talent as a stylist and loving it ever since. I specialize in product and advertising photography with over 20 years of experience. I have been lucky enough to work with some great companies like HBC, Fabricville, Heritage Home Fashions, etc. I have also obtained a diploma in Graphic Applications in Desktop Publishing at Concordia University, as well as, certificates in Photoshop CS5, and Graphic Design and Page Layout in order to add additional value to my employer.
Creativity requires listening to the client and exploring new ways to showcase everyday things. Iām also not afraid to mix colors and patterns to give elements of surprise. Feedback and communication are very important parts of my creative process in order to help the client get the perfect results.
